Green tea yogurt made with maple syrup and matcha, topped off with some toasted oats. Or, eat it without the oats for an equally delicious and fast treat. This recipe makes 1 serving but can be easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc. Enjoy!
1. In a small bowl, combine matcha and maple syrup until well-bended. Mix in yogurt. Eat plain or top with some toasted oats.
2. For the toasted oats, combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until everything is evenly distributed. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 9 minutes. Stir and return to the oven to bake for another 9 minutes.
