Chewy, moist and hearty, this will become your go-to weekday morning breakfast.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Use cooking spray to grease an 8×8-inch glass cooking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, mash bananas until there are no large clumps. Add egg, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix until well combined. Add oats and almonds, stir until well combined.
3. Pour into the glass dish and spread it evenly.
4. Place in oven and cook until the edges are golden brown, about 30 minutes, turning the pan at 15 minutes.
