Description

This sweet/salty/spicy combo with Sriracha, brown sugar, and soy sauce pairs perfectly with quickly scrambled eggs. Top it off with fresh cilantro and the crisp bite from green onions, and it’s absolute perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2  Eggs
  • 1  Green Onion, Finely Chopped
  • Cilantro Leaves, Finely Chopped

Preparation

Combine the soy sauce, Sriracha, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat, and sprinkle in red pepper flakes. Add the sauce mixture to the pan. Once the mixture is hot, crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until the desired doneness, but don’t let them dry out. Top with green onion and cilantro leaves. Enjoy!
