This quiche is quick and tasty. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack!
Preheat oven at 400F.
Saute the onions, chorizo, and mushrooms until the onions are transparent (about 4 minutes).
Mix the eggs, milk, and salt.
Pour the chorizo mixture into the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over the chorizo. Cut the yellow pepper lengthwise and put on top of the eggs and chorizo (like a pinwheel.) The yellow pepper not only looks pretty but is yummy in the tummy!
Put the quiche in the oven and enjoy after 40 minutes baking!
