Quick and easy healthy breakfast for those on the go.
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the bacon. Drain on paper towels and wipe the skillet clean.
In the same skillet, scramble the egg whites. Set aside.
Shred cheese, set aside.
In a small bowl, microwave frozen veggies until steaming hot, approximately 2 minutes.
Assemble wraps with eggs, top with cheese, veggies, bacon, and lastly, salsa. Wrap up and serve immediately.
Devour and enjoy!
