Layers of shredded Swiss cheese and your favorite breakfast meat with an egg nestled in the middle doused with heavy cream and topped with parmesan cheese, your overnight guests will feel special with this delicious breakfast dish!
Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray. Shred Swiss cheese and place 1/3 cup in each ramekin. Cube up Canadian bacon, ham or bacon and place an equal amount in each dish. Mix together evenly and make a well in the center. Crack an into each well or scramble and pour into each well. Pour 1/3 cup cream gently on top of each dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes until egg whites are set but egg yolk is still soft. Serve with fresh fruit and cinnamon toast!
