Breakfast is so incredibly satisfying with this sausage cheddar scramble! It comes together in minutes.
Heat butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage and let it brown completely for about 5–6 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. While sausage browns, combine eggs, milk, salt and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
When sausage is browned, reduce heat slightly and pour in egg mixture. Let it gently bubble while you stir, to let the soft curds form. As you stir, add cheddar cheese and let it melt right into the eggs. When eggs have completely cooked, take pan off heat and serve immediately! Serve with some toast, juice, and coffee for an amazing, satisfying breakfast.
