Easy side dish or breakfast accompaniment.
1. Beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper then set aside.
2. Heat up a saute pan with 1 Tablespoon oil and fry the onions over medium heat until translucent.
3. Add in the bacon and brown. The bacon need not be crisp, 2 minutes.
4. Add the minced beef and brown it. Then add tomatoes and ham.
5. Stir fry everything until mixed. Spread everything over the pan evenly.
6. Pour in the egg mixture. Make sure that it’s low heat. Cover and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.
7. Once the eggs have solidified, it’s ready to be served.
