Everything good about a McMuffin minus the laden fat, grease and extra cholesterol.
Heat up a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with Pam or other nonstick spray and pour in egg whites mixed with dried Italian seasoning. Cook, folding over onto itself (not scrambling), and when it starts to set, separate the egg into two round mounds and flip until egg whites are cooked through.
If you have biscuit cutters, you can place them in the bottom of your pan, spray that with nonstick spray and pour your egg whites into them, allowing to set over medium heat and flipping when halfway cooked.
In the meantime, slice two thin slices of cheese. Set aside.
Cook turkey bacon, as directed, over the stove until crisp, or in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds. Set aside.
Toast the English muffin. When ready to construct, top one half of the muffin with egg, cheese, and two slices of turkey bacon. Finish with other half of the English muffin. Repeat with the second muffin.
Promptly devour, feel full and not weighed down.
