These Freezer-Friendly Breakfast Burritos are not only simple to make, but are a timesaver for hectic mornings.
Cook sausage links according to directions (usually 10–12 minutes for pre-cooked).
Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, crack and whisk eggs, adding a dash of salt and pepper.
Heat pan with olive oil and scramble eggs. Remove and set aside.
Remove sausage links when finished, and chop into smaller pieces. Place tortillas on foil and assemble burritos, placing sausage, eggs and cheese in middle of tortilla. To fold, fold in left and right side, pull in bottom half and begin to roll. Tightly wrap with aluminum foil.
Place in freezer.
