This super healthy low calorie meal is a great choice for those looking to add a lot of nutrition to their morning breakfast in a deliciously warming countryside style!
Wash okra, cut both ends off and slice into thin rounds.
Heat the water in a small frying pan and add the okra, onion, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add butter and cherry tomatoes, cook for 3 minutes. Add eggs, lower the temperature to medium low and cook for about 2–3 minutes or until eggs are done.
