Someone used to bring this to my work for potlucks, and it is perfect for that. You shouldn’t eat very much of this at once, so it is best to take it somewhere to share.
-Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish.
-Shred cheeses and mix together.
-Place cheeses in pan and pat down evenly.
-Blend chiles to mush, and spread over cheeses.
-Beat eggs and pour over cheeses.
-Let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour.
-Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes, until it is set and no longer jiggly in the center.
-Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
**Try to shred your own cheeses, it is so much better that way. **

It’s good there’s not much CHEESE in this, ’cause I don’t like cheese much. (NOT!!!!) Yes I do agree shredding your own cheese is best.
