We are making cracking bacon and egg breakfast tortilla cups. You only need 3 ingredients: tortilla, bacon and eggs. The oven will do the rest.
Heat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Cook bacon strips in a hot pan (no buter or oil required), Do not overcook the bacon as it will cook in the oven as well. Drain bacon strips after.
Halve the flour tortillas. Fold halved tortillas in a muffin tin, so they start to look like small torilla cups. Put a bacon strip into each of the tortilla cups and add an egg inside, on top of the bacon strip.
Cook tortilla cups in the oven for 20 minutes. If you like your eggs runny, check after about 15 minutes.
Take tortilla cups out of the oven. Cut chives in small pieces. Sprinke chives on top of the tortilla cups. Add some paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste.
