Description

Simple quiche that can be served as a special breakfast or with a salad for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pastry Shell
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 8 ounces, weight Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Crab Meat
  • ⅓ cups Green Onions, Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Press the pastry shell into a 10-inch quiche pan.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour mixture into pastry shell and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Thank-you so much it was delicious . LUv it . I used corn starch instead of flour and more crab luv it and a little of o bay and Cayenne pepper. I will make it for Xmas this yer
