Delicious breakfast cassserole with cinnamon raisin toast and frozen berries. Plan ahead, as it does need to sit overnight.
Chop the bread into squares and spread half of the bread onto the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Chop the cream cheese into small pieces and sprinkle over the bread in the pan. Sprinkle the fruit over the cream cheese, no need to thaw. Top with the remaining bread. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the cream and syrup. Combine with a wisk until all are blended. Pour the eggs over the top of the bread in the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 30- 45 minutes.
You can substitute any fruit that you like. Optional butter can be cut into pats and put on top of the bread before pouring the egg mixture over.
