A super easy meal for any time of the day. Plus it makes great leftovers!
Spread the pie crust into a 9-inch round pie dish. Cook the bacon and crumble it. Layer the thawed broccoli, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese into the bottom of the pie dish. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together. Beat or whisk until frothy. Pour mixture over ingredients in the pie dish. Bake at 375ºF for about 45 minutes, or until set and slightly browned. Cut into slices and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
