The easiest, tastiest quiche there ever was!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Arrange pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan. Scatter cheese and asparagus in the pie crust.
In a large bowl, mix eggs and cream until well combined. Add lots of salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into the pie crust and bake for 50–60 minutes, until quiche is browned on top and no longer jiggly in the center. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. You can also make this the night before and serve cold or just reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
