Crunchy Maple Granola combines millet and quinoa for a healthy, tasty breakfast treat.
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl mix the oats, millet, chia seeds, flax seeds, brown sesame seeds, quinoa, salt and cinnamon.
In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
Line a large rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly over the parchment.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning the granola every 15 minutes for even browning. Remove when granola is lightly browned. Cool and then add Craisins or dried cranberries. Serve.
