This super moist cake is perfect for breakfast, but sweet enough for dessert. Very simple, very yummy—you will love it!
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix dry ingredients and cut into butter. Set aside 1 cup of crumbs.
Add eggs one at a time. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well until blended.
Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle reserved crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
