This is a “go-to” recipe for me. Super easy and YUM!
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. Brown sausage and drain. Rinse in cold water to get some of the grease off.
3. While preparing the sausage, soften cream cheese in the microwave for 15 seconds.
4. Grease the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Unpack the crescent rolls and use one can as the bottom layer of the casserole.
5. Mix sausage and cream cheese together. Spread mixture onto the bottom crust.
6. Use the second can of crescent rolls to make a top layer crust by pinching the sides together all the way around.
7. Bake at 325°F until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
