Chocolate Chai Overnight Oats are sweet, nourishing and full of warm spices, perfect for a cozy breakfast on the go.
Pour oats into a small bowl or container and set aside. In a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a low simmer. Whisk in cocoa powder until combined and remove from heat.
Add chai tea, agave and salt and steep for 5–10 minutes (steep longer for a stronger chai flavor and less for more subtle spice notes). Remove tea bags and pour almond milk mixture over oats, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with chocolate chips and toasted coconut before serving, if desired.
