Delicious, delightful and deliriously easy!
Mix together the maple syrup, vegetable oil and salt.
Add quick oats, sliced/slivered almonds, cashew pieces, raisins, coconut and brown sugar.
Stir it up and spread on the biggest sheet pan you’ve got.
Cook at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before storing.
Serve with a big ol’ dollop of yogurt. Now THAT’S the way to start your day!

Easy peasy and really yummy. It took about 10 minutes to put together and crisped up nicely in the oven. Delicious!
