Rich and delicious and perfect for breakfast or lunch!
Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan to a paper towel lined plate. Set aside. Reserve some of the bacon fat in the pan and cook onion until brown and lovely. Set aside.
Whip cream cheese, sour cream and garlic together until light and fluffy. Fold in bacon, onion and cheese. Store in the fridge. Enjoy on bagels or crackers!
