Fresh broccoli with oatmeal and eggs. A healthy and tasty breakfast.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
2. Grind the broccoli in a food processor then combine it with all the dry ingredients (oats through salt) in a mixing bowl.
3. In another bowl combine all the wet ingredients.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Spoon the batter into the baking dish, smooth the top and put it in the oven.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven.
7. Cut into desired size and serve hot with ketchup.
