Description

Enjoy a tasty, warm, crunchy breakfast in just 20–30 minutes! Toppings are optional, you can use whatever you’re craving in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pizza Crust
  • 8 Tablespoons Passata (tomato Puree)
  • 70.9 grams Ham
  • 142 grams Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Grated Or Shredded Mozzarella
  • 5  Eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200ºC (395ºF). Roll out pizza crust onto a pizza peel (if baking on a stone) or greased baking sheet.

Spread passata over crust. Slice or cut ham as desired and spread over passata. Slice mushrooms (I like thick slices) and add a layer of mushrooms over ham.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes on the top rack in your oven. Remove pizza from oven and spread grated mozzarella on top.

Break eggs on top. Put back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or more, depending on how well you like the eggs done.
