Fast, cheesy breakfast dish that my Sunday School kids love.
Place cresent roll dough on a greased pan. Flatten and press seams together. Bake at 400 degrees until it begins to turn brown. (This can be done the night before.)
Place sausage on the baked dough in an even layer and sprinkle cheese on top. SLOWLY pour beaten eggs over the cheese and sausage layer, letting them soak in (some will run out onto the pan, even if you are very careful). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked through.
I have also used crumbled bacon or chopped ham on this. Try cooking it on greased foil—less clean up!

Really yummy! I just made this. I used the reduced fat crescent rolls and light cheese. New breakfast treat at our house!
