A tasty breakfast that takes breakfast staples and presents them in a tasty new way. Enjoy for breakfast or a fun dinner.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Prepare your favorite pie crust, homemade or store-bought. Pizza crust may be made ahead of time. Pre-cook the crust about half the time as crust recipe calls for, approximately 10-12 minutes.
Scramble the eggs, set aside. Cook the bacon, drain and set aside.
Brown the sausage. Once sausage is cooked through, remove the sausage and retain 2-4 tablespoons of the drippings. Set sausage aside.
Add the flour to the drippings, stir with a whisk. Slowly add the milk to the flour mixture, whisking constantly until smooth. As the gravy begins to thicken up, add the seasoned salt, pepper and beef bouillon. You may need to add more milk to the gravy until it reaches your desired consistency.
Once gravy is done, spread evenly over the crust. Top gravy with the sausage, bacon, eggs and cheese. Bake pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is nicely melted.
This recipe is easy to adapt to your own tastes. Add onions, peppers or mushrooms. Use any variety of cheeses. Top with green onions or salsa.
