A whole stinkin’ breakfast buffet on some crispy yet chewy pizza crust.. Yum.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. If using pre-made dough, remove from bag and let rest for a few minutes to let “puff.”
While waiting for dough, grease a 12-inch pizza pan with olive oil. Lightly dust with cornmeal.
Roll dough slightly larger than your pan, place, and use overhanging dough to form your crust. Gently poke the dough with fork; this prevents those giant air bubbles from forming.
Spoon and spread sauce evenly over the crust. Spread hash browns evenly over sauce, then add eggs, bacon, sausage, and 2/3 of the chopped green onions. Add cheeses over the top, then add remaining green onions.
Bake at 425ºF for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and lay sliced tomato over the top and let rest 2-3 minutes.
Slice and serve!
