A delicious make-ahead breakfast that is perfect for brunch or any special occasion.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Tear the bread into bite-sized chunks and add them to the egg mixture. Toss the bread in the egg mixture until most of the liquid is absorbed. Generously grease an 8×8 baking dish and transfer half of the bread mixture to the dish. Sprinkle on the blueberries and top with the remaining bread mixture. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, remove the plastic wrap and place in a 350ºF oven for 30–40 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the top. Serve with maple syrup.

This looks and sounds so good! I have some homemade french bread left over and I think this will be the perfect way to use it up! Thank you for posting.
