A cute and healthy breakfast for a birthday!
In a microwave safe dish combine the oats, milk, vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract, stevia, banana and peanut butter. Do not stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir until well combined then set aside.
Now microwave the cream cheese in a separate bowl on high for 30 seconds. Stir powdered sugar into the warmed cream cheese and spread mixture over the cooked oatmeal.
Drizzle sprinkles on top, stick a candle in it and start singing “happy birthday” while you serve it!
