Greek yogurt, rolled oats, dried fruit, and nuts combined into a delicious breakfast for these hot mornings!!
In a large bowl that has a lid, combine all ingredients stirring to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 3 or more hours. Stir before serving.
Notes:
We like to stir a little Dole fruit cup of pineapple including juices into a serving of this.
If it’s too thick for you, as you dish it into servings you can thin it out with a strawberry yogurt or some cranberry juice to get it to a consistency that works for you.
Keep refrigerated.

I make a single-serving version of this the night before that I take with me to work for breakfast in the morning. The added protein of the milk and greek yogurt helps stabilize my blood sugar until lunch. I love the versatility of being able to add whatever I want – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, grated apple, toasted pecans, coconut – you name it!
