This French toast might be blue, but it’s far from sad! This is a simplified French toast recipe, topped with blueberries. How much tastier does it get?
You can even “healthify” this breakfast by using whole grain bread, as I did in the picture. Ezekiel 4:9 bread does just the trick!
1. Melt butter in a skillet.
2. Add eggs and milk to a bowl and stir.
3. Dip bread in the eggs or egg mixture.
4. Drop coated bread into the hot skillet.
5. Cook for a few minutes on both sides or until light brown.
6. Top with blueberries and maple syrup.
Oh, and while you’re at it, enjoy!
