These are so addictive! Dipped in butter and rolled in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease top and bottom of 18-cup cake pop pan. Mix the sugar, butter and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add in the milk, baking powder and flour until just combined. Fill bottom part of cake pop pan and put on the top of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
For the topping, melt butter in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Dip each donut in the melted butter and then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
This is enough batter to make 28 donut holes.
