A thick and hearty baked oatmeal filled with fresh pears, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a oven safe ramekin with cooking spray; set aside.
In a small bowl, add chopped pears and brown sugar. Mix together until all the pears are evenly covered in sugar. Set aside.
In a small bowl, add oats, egg white, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder and stir. Add pear mixture and milk.
Pour oatmeal into prepared ramekin and bake for 20-25 minutes until oatmeal is set.
