Scrumptious breakfast or brunch fare for two!
Note: This is an egg-free recipe!
In a shallow mixing bowl, add cream, almond and vanilla extracts, and whisk well. Coat each side of bread slices.
Melt butter on a grill or griddle pan. Place bread slices on pan and cook several minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook 2 minutes to brown the other side.
Plate and serve. We love these with whipped cream topping.
