Simple and delicious Cinnamon Raisin Bread.
Mix together water, yeast, salt, flour, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Cover with a damp paper towel and let rise 2 hours.
Then gently without moving your dough too much, on a lightly floured surface, make your dough flat. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, sprinkle cinnamon and put raisins.
Then gently roll up and then fold over the sides, making a ball. Cook at 380 degrees F until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
