Description

No kneading, no rising, no problem! This super easy bread recipe uses delicious beer instead of yeast. Why wait all day for bread to rise when you can have this tasty homemade treat in less than an hour?

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 ounces, fluid Beer, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add beer quickly and combine; the batter will be sticky and lumpy. Pour batter into loaf pan. Brush the top with butter.

Bake 35–40 minutes, until bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes. Transfer onto a rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store in an airtight container.
