They were excellent! I did make a few changes, though. First, I only used about a cup and a half of the cinnamon chips, and that turned out to be just fine. Also, maybe my oven is hotter than normal or something…because my scones were in there for about 20 minutes, and the bottoms were already starting to get a little too dark. I also sprinkled the tops with turbinado sugar, which added an excellent, gorgeous touch. They look and taste great; my mom said that they should “be in a bakery!” Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

I just made these tonight. They were incredibly easy to make and so delicious. I was worried about the amount of baking powder, but they ended up with the perfect scone texture. Just a hint- if you have difficulty finding the cinnamon chips, the Hershey’s website has a very helpful product locator.
