Description

A delicious, savory breakfast made from ingredients that are already in your fridge! Cheesy biscuit pull-aparts are monkey bread’s less sweet cousin.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Grands Biscuits
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 package (2 Oz. Size) Pre-Cooked Bacon
  • ½ cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line a 9″ pan with foil (for easy cleanup). Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Place biscuits in pan. Top each biscuit with half a slice of Swiss cheese.

Chop bacon into bite size pieces and sprinkle over Swiss cheese. Top bacon with shredded cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through. Serve immediately.

The recipe was good, but unfortunately we made everything then had to run out and when we got back they were not really that great. I think if you make them then they need to be eaten right away and are not as great left over.
