Simple, delicious and not too sweet, these muffins are great for breakfast or snack time!
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mash bananas in a small bowl and set aside.
Beat together sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas and blueberries.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into banana mixture.
Grease 12 muffin tins or use muffin liners. Fill about 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
