A wonderful combination of sweet banana and rich pumpkin. Nothing better for a weekend morning or any morning for that matter!
1.Mix all the ingredients together until everything is combined.
2. Using non-stick spray or good ol’ butter, grease up a skillet or griddle. Heat up on the stove over medium to medium high heat.
3. Cook up the pancakes, making them as big or small as you’d like. I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour the batter onto the griddle.
4. Serve with your favorite syrup and enjoy!
