Very crispy.
Preheat oven to 200C.
In a medium bowl put all ingredients and mix well, about 5 minutes (it will be a pliable dough).
Using a 2-inch wide and 1/4-inch high ring or cookie cutter, place the ring in a greased tray and put some sago mixture. Press firmly until compact. The top of the surface must be flat. Very carefully remove ring. Repeat this step with the rest of the dough. (Makes roughly 10 biscuits.)
Bake at 20 minutes or until golden brown.
