These are one of my family’s favorite cookies. I often purchase the seasonal M&Ms to use in the cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees before baking.
Put eggs, butter, sugars, baking soda, vanilla, corn syrup, and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix well. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, and M&Ms and mix well. Put bowl in refrigerator and chill dough for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
Drop dough by measuring tablespoonfuls or cookie scoop 2″ apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cookies set on sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
