An easy, delicious solution to a cold evening!
1. Boil Reames noodles in chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add peas and mushrooms when the noodles get close to being done.
3. Add chicken when noodles are done.
4. Add milk to soup to make a creamy consistency. (I usually add about 2 cups. Sometimes I use fat free half-and-half.) If more broth is needed, add more. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
5. Allow soup to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot with crusty French bread.
