Apples, fried in bacon.
Slice the apple, leaving on the skin.
Cut the bacon in half so you have 8 pieces that are shorter and more manageable.
In a skillet or on a griddle, cook the bacon till almost done. Add the apple slices directly and cook for one minute on each side.
Move to a paper towel and pat off grease. Serve warm.
