So easy, so good!
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, beating until light and fluffy. Sift flour and soda together and add to creamed mixture with 1/2 cup thawed lemonade. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400F until lightly browned. Brush with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar before removing from the cookie sheet.

My family LOVES lemon cookies so I had to give these a try. They are really yummy! I did a slight variation for the topping by making icing out of the lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. It made a nice lemony glaze.

Do you mean frozen lemonade concentrate or ready to drink lemonade that has been frozen?
