Delicious and chewy dark chocolate raspberry cookies.
Mix the flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda together in a small bowl.
Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Add the egg and vanilla, beat for one minute. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined. Stir in the chocolates and let the dough chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat.
Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet, 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 9 minutes and let cookies sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
