These crispy cookies are a snap to make. They’re also lower in carbs (thank you almond flour!) and sugar than most cookies made with traditional wheat flour.
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. In a smaller bowl, stir together wet ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Form 1/2 inch balls and press onto a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 7-10 minutes.
6. Cool slightly and serve.
