My mom made this for our family when I was a kid. It was always a breakfast favorite when we poured a little milk and maple syrup over the top.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into an 8×8 pan. Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes or until set and a toothpick comes out clean from the centre of the cake.
Serve with maple syrup and/or a little milk.
