Hot Fudge Ice Cream Cake

Description
Sometimes you just want a dessert that is no-holds-barred good. This is what this is. It’s impressive but so easy. When you slice into this cake, people won’t know it’s simple ice cream sandwiches and a mix of other good things. Sure is yummy on a warm day–even a cold day, let’s be honest.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping, Warmed
- 1 package (8 Oz.) Whipped Topping, Thawed, Divided
- 1 package (3.9 Oz.) Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 12 pieces Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Chopped
- 12 pieces Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches
Preparation
Pour fudge topping into a medium bowl. Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 minutes. Stir in chopped cookies.
Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on a serving dish. Top with half the whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sandwiches. Frost the top and sides with remaining whipped topping.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
